EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD ON THE TESTOMATIK PLATFORM

Pursuant to Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your explicit consent is required for the transfer of your personal data abroad.
1. PURPOSE OF DATA TRANSFER
The technical infrastructure and artificial intelligence services of the TESTOMATIK platform are provided through service providers located abroad. In this context, your personal data may be transferred abroad for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
