TESTOMATIK PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Data Controller. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Ayhan KURT Lone Wolf Techs Web AI Solutions ("TESTOMATIK") in its capacity as data controller.

Personal Data Processed. The personal data processed within the scope of the Platform is limited to the following categories:

Identity Information: First name, last name

Contact Information: E-mail address, (optional) telephone number

Account and Security Information: User ID, password (encrypted), IP address, device information, browser information, timestamps, system logs

Invoicing Information (upon request): Turkish ID number, billing address

IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for Users to include or upload any personal data (name, surname, Turkish ID number, contact information, student number, etc.) in the text, document, or question content they upload to the platform for processing by the artificial intelligence. All legal, criminal, and administrative liability arising from the uploading of documents containing personal data in breach of this rule rests exclusively with the User.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of;

Creating and managing membership

Providing the AI-powered question generation service

Operating the Platform's technical infrastructure

Ensuring system security

Error detection and performance improvement

Carrying out invoicing operations

Fulfilling legal obligations.

Transfer of Personal Data Abroad. In order to operate the Platform's technical infrastructure and provide artificial intelligence services, your personal data may be transferred to;

Hosting service providers located abroad

Artificial intelligence service providers located abroad.

The content uploaded by the User is transmitted to the Artificial Intelligence Service providers; membership information and identity data are not transferred to the Artificial Intelligence Service providers in this context.
Membership and account data may be transferred to a hosting service provider located abroad for the purpose of operating the Platform's technical infrastructure.
These transfer activities are carried out based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK.

Legal Grounds. Your personal data is processed pursuant to;

KVKK Art. 5/1 (Explicit consent)

KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (Establishment and performance of a contract)

KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (Legal obligation)

KVKK Art. 5/2-(f) (Legitimate interest).

In addition, pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK, the transfer abroad is based on your explicit consent.

Retention Periods. Your personal data is retained;

Throughout the membership period and, after the membership ends, for 10 years due to the burden of proof in potential legal disputes,

Invoice data for the statutory period stipulated in the relevant tax legislation,

Log records (IP, timestamp, etc.) for 2 years as required for system security and the obligations under Law No. 5651; data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Company policies. Content uploaded to the Platform is not stored permanently.

Your Rights. Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to;

Learn whether your data is being processed,

Request information,

Request rectification,

Request erasure,

Learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

Claim compensation if you suffer damage.
