  • ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE

    • The service subject to the order is the AI-Powered Question Generation Service offered via the testomatik.com platform.

    Within the scope of this service:

  • Questions are generated automatically through artificial intelligence systems based on the content the User uploads to the platform.

  • The generated content is digital in nature.

  • No physical delivery is involved.

  • The service is performed immediately after payment, and the content is made available to the User instantly.

  • SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS

    • The total price of the service subject to the order (including taxes) is clearly displayed on the payment screen.

    The User acknowledges having approved the total price and payment terms displayed before placing the order.

    Payment is made through a secure payment infrastructure by means of:

  • Credit card,

  • Debit card,

  • or other electronic payment methods offered on the platform.

    • The service is not initiated until the payment has been successfully completed.

  • TIME OF PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE

    • The service is initiated immediately upon completion of the payment.

    The generated digital content is made available to the User instantly.

  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    • The service provided is digital content that is performed instantly in the electronic environment.
    For this reason, this service falls outside the scope of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15/1-(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts ("contracts relating to services performed instantly in the electronic environment or to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer").
    The User acknowledges that, before completing the payment, they consent to the immediate performance of the service and are aware that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

  • REFUND TERMS

    • As a rule, the service fee is non-refundable.

    However, a refund request may be evaluated in the presence of the following technical situations:

  • Inability to access the content due to a system malfunction,

  • The generation not being technically completed,

  • A clear and verifiable technical infrastructure error.

    • Dissatisfaction with the content or a difference in expectations is not a ground for refund.

  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND COMPETENT COURT

    • In the application of this contract and in any disputes that may arise, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 shall prevail.
    Within the monetary limits announced each December by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees of the place where the User (Consumer) purchased the service or where they reside shall have jurisdiction; for disputes exceeding these limits, the Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
